Magenta :
Magenta kunne glatt lagd en story om hvor kule de er, at Ander Odden har gitt ut boka "Piratliv", spiller i Satyricon, Celtic Frost, Apoptygma Berzerk og DMTMC sammen med Hank Von Helvete, men de droppet det også.
Det forteller nemlig ingenting om Magenta – De er ikke et black metal kred-band heller.
Magenta er nemlig tilbake, og 2012 markerer en ny æra.
Magenta ga ut sin første EP, Secret Sky, i 1997 og feirer dette 15 år senere med å utgi trlologien MAGENTA AUS NORWEGEN part I, II og III.
EPene inneholder nye sanger skrevet på Norsk. Dette er første gang Magenta slipper låter på Norsk. Dette markerer en ny stil for bandet som etter 15 år som duo nå utvider som fast kvartett.
Innspillingen har blitt mikset og mastred av Tim Skold (KMFDM, Marilyn Manson, Skold, DMTMC etc).
Tim Skold har blant annet produsert Marilyn Mansons "The Golden Age of Grotesque", "Least We Forget: The Best of" and "Eat Me, Drink Me" og spiller sammen med Anders Odden i DMTMC.
Så nå får vi da endelig Magenta tilbake til Trondheim for første gang siden 2003! Vi gleder oss!!

Drontheim :
Drontheim is a strictly non-political output with no collective agenda on any level except the artistic. Thematically it is rooted in a strong interest in the second world war in general, and more specifically the events, people and life as it were in Trondheim, Norway in the early 1940’ies, and also the German vision for Neu Drontheim – New Trondheim – the new capital for the Germanized Scandinavia. Lyrically it can be considered part documental and part fiction, but as a whole it is focused on the dark and dystopian union of audible, lyrical and visual expressions that enables the artistic atmosphere Drontheim seek to provide.
Not easily defined by limiting genres, but at times cinematic and atmospheric and at times distorted and strict, one can find traces of industrial rock, metal and electronic music.
