Booze & Glory has been going for a few years now and after releasing two strong albums and a handful of singles, they’ve really made a name for themselves, and the expectations for this third album was pretty huge.
B&G is, only next to Cock Sparrer, probably one of the catchiest PunkOi! bands of all time, in no way disproven by this album.
From instant hits like "Leave The Kids Alone" to the rockabilly-infused "We’ll Stick Together" and the epic "Cock & Bull Story" (featuring Watford Jon from Argy Bargy"), this is the good old B&G sound taken in a more mature and diversed direction, especially concerning the lyrics.
Gone are the old bickering about football and skinhead fashion, hell even the drinking themes are toned down, a much welcome twist that all Oi! bands should take a note of.
Hightlights: Leave The Kids Alone, Farewell Goodbye, I Hope You Still Remember, Sick of You, Cock & Bull Story.
