NAPALM DEATH – Apex Predator – Easy Meat

"Apex Predator – Easy Meat" is grind pioneérs & legends Napalm Death´s 15 release since their crucial for the genre debut Scum. Barney & Co still manages to stay relevant after all these years and even I have to admin I am not the biggest NP fan around "Apex Predator" is quite good. Personally I got into (and still stay with) NP`s more death metal oriented material (aka "Harmony Corruption") but there´s no denying that NP is THE grindcore act both past and present.
The tempo is right up there with the intensity and the production is just crisp enough to sound natural.
The UK grindlords deliver on all accounts on their 15th full-length but not having followed them that closely the last 10 years or so I can not comment on any progression compared to recent releases.
BUT, I can say that "Apex Predator" was enjoyable listen and I will for sure listen to it more in the future.
