Los Angeles based blues/rock band who embody throwback on “Pressure & Time” . Frontman Jay Buchanan at age 26 channels the best of Jim Morrison, Roger Daltrey and Robert Plant on songs like “All Over The Road”, “Burn Down Los Angeles”, and the title track. Not an ounce of current technology in any aspect of the tones and production, the four piece live for the early 70’s and hoist a smoldering set of songs, with the Zeppelin licks from “Save Me” and the natural California sounds of “Get Mine” getting repeat exposure from me.
Extremely out of the box for Earache – though they recognize talent when it’s blossoming. Do not be surprised to see this act blow up if they can pull this off on stages across the world.
