SKITLIV til Inferno

MANIAC'S SKITLIV CONFIRMED FOR INFERNO FESTIVAL  

SKITLIV the Doom/Noise/Black Metal project of former MAYHEM front man Maniac, has been confirmed to appear at the 2008 Inferno Festival to be held between the 19^th and 22^nd March in Oslo, Norway.   Maniac recently announced the addition of former SHINING drummer Wedebrand to SKITLIV's ranks, whose other members include SHINING front man and creator Niklas Kvarforth on guitars, Icelandic guitarist Ingvar, and sculptor and stage designer Spacebrain on bass.  Kvarforth's SHINING has also been confirmed to appear at Inferno.  

SKITLIV will join SHINING and Austrian Black Metallers HELLSAW on a 19-date tour of Europe starting in Sweden on the 4^th December.  A limited edition MCD, with a collage mix intro of Current 93 music especially arranged for Maniac by C93's David Tibet and Andrew Liles (who have also arranged the intro for the band's live appearances) will be released to coincide with the tour.   Full tour dates, together with rehearsal tracks and a video for "Virescit Volnere Virtus" can be found on the official SKITLIV MySpace page at www.myspace.com/skitliv777.
