US Rockers BLACK STONE CHERRY will be coming back to Europe in June to play a number of headline shows and festival dates. They will be calling through Sweden, Norway, Denmark, The Netherlands, UK, Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium and France. Tickets available from HERE.

They will be playing Sweden Rock Festival on 5th June and will be then headlining Rockerfeller in Oslo, Norway on 8th June and also Voxhall, Aarhus in Denmark on 11th June.

Talking about coming to play the shows the band say, “We are beyond excited to return to Norway, Sweden, and Denmark this June! We absolutely love playing Scandinavia! So much so, that we told our booking agents to make sure we got back there soon…and here we come! It’s been too long and we can’t wait to see you all! Come join us this summer !”

Chris Robertson (lead vox/guitar), Ben Wells (guitar/bkg vox), drummer John-Fred Young (drums/bkg vox) and bassist, Steve Jewell Jr. unleashed their hotly anticipated eighth studio album, ‘Screamin’ At The Sky’ via Mascot Records in September last year. They released a string of incredible singles at the time;  When The Pain Comes Out Of Pocket,  Nervous,  Screamin’ At The Sky and Smile, World.

‘Screamin’ At The Sky’ reached in the US Current Hard Rock Album Charts, in the UK Album Charts and Top 40 in Germany. The album features all-new material written collaboratively while on tour, but when it came time to record, BSC tried something they’ve always dreamed of doing: tracking an album at The Plaza Theater in Glasgow, Kentucky – a legendary 1020-seat venue built in 1934 that boasts meticulous acoustics.  In June of 2022, the band rented the whole place, brought in all its recording equipment and trusty engineer, Jordan Westfall.  They set up the basement as the control room and the stage as the live drum room.  Time between recording sessions and incredible room ambience have resulted in a career high watermark for BSC.

The band kicked off 2024 with a February-March tour of the US with Saint Asonia and then went straight into a run with the legendary ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd on their “The Sharp Dressed Simple Man Tour ” of the US. They will also be joining Rival Sons and Clutch on their “Two-Headed Beast” tour of the US in September as well as playing Zakk Wylde’s Bezerkus Festival and Louder Than Life Festival.

Down the years, BSC has headlined 12,000-cap arena shows and shared the stage with an array of superstars, including Alter Bridge, Def Leppard, Gov’t Mule, Nickelback, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bad Company, Mötorhead, Halestorm, Stone Temple Pilots, The Darkness, and ZZ Top.  In 2018, BSC performed in front of 100,000 people at the Download Festival as main support to Guns N’ Roses and in 2021, the band played the venerated Royal Albert Hall, immortalised on 2022’s live DVD ‘Live From The Royal Albert Hall…Y’All’.
