New album Silent Psalm out on Rob Mules Records 28th of April!
Silent Psalm is a well-directed and strong album where thoughts have gone to the random and unfair. Be it war, death, political decisions or the environment. Here you have songs that cries and songs that shouts. With a title track that goes to those who die, alone. No relatives or friends present during the funeral. A song where you are taken on a journey into the church and six feet into the grave and to heaven, or hell?

SPOONMAN, is a mix of Foo Fighters, QOTSA and Radiohead, and did not get any award for their latest release The Adamant, but announce in a great belief it will happen this time, with their sixth album and number 2 in a tetralogy they release Silent Psalm April 28 through Rob Mules Records.

Vocalist and guitarist in SPOONMAN Frank sPoon Botten elaborates on why he wanted Silent Psalm as the album title;–The title took on a greater meaning, as it is perhaps the case that everything is a silent
psalm. A kind of silent prayer that we all need to toughen up. Become better people, don’t just think about your own gain and profit. It’s hard to reach out to the crowd with such a prayer, but maybe this album will help wake you up?
