NECRONOMICON – Advent of the Human God

Necronomicon continue their quest for world domination with with their fifth full-length release ‘Advent of the Human God.’ Their blackened death metal assault continues to develop on a gradual incline; comparisons with Behemoth are still relevant but thie time around sees them inject a little Dimmu Borgir into the mix.

Necronomicon has always struck me as an extremely dedicated and hard-working trio and I think you can hear the sheer amount of effort they put in on every record. All of the hard work pays off, because this is the most convincing and consistent record they have put out to date.  Those wishing to check the band out would do well to start their journey here…
