Another Swedish hail to the past. Last year Ghost produced their excellent nostalgia manifesto, and Wolf isn’t far behind as far as retro magnificence goes. “Legions of Bastards” is a hefty homage to NWOBHM. The album clearly pays it dues to Judas Priest and Accept. Retro production, memorable melodies and a touch of irony is the way to go.
