Italian melodic power metal that features Thy Majestie’s vocalist Alessio Taormina, the five piece deliver a debut album in “The Wings Of Salvation” that follows a familiar Stratovarius, Labyrinth and Thy Majestie formula. Loads of neo-classical keyboard/ guitar runs, speedy double bass and happy melodies for all to enjoy! “Slave To Your Memory” has a jazzy sax solo that shakes up the conventional ballad framework, otherwise there isn’t much out of these 10 songs that really elevate the band above the clone wars. Low production and average songwriting equals a boring final product.
