mbo2010: MARK BRIODY (Jag Panzer)

1. What was your favorite album and/or metal moment of 2010?
– On no!  It’s question #1 and I can’t answer it!  I spent all of 2010 holed up in my studio working on our new album.  I didn’t listen to any other metal at all.  I didn’t want to hear what anyone else was doing.  I wanted to be completely free of any other musical influences.

2. What do you most look forward to for your band in 2011?
I’m really excited about the release of our new album "The Scourge of the Light". We all worked really hard on this album and I’m looking forward to see what others think of it.  I’m also looking forward to hitting the road in support of this album.

3. What’s your all time favorite concert you’ve personally attended?
Kixx.  It’s interesting because I don’t really like that band much.  I’m not a fan of hair band metal and even within that genre they wouldn’t break the top half.  Yet, in concert they were amazing.  The band was incredibly tight and every single member had fantastic stage presence.  I’ve never seen a band that tight and with that much energy.
