INFERNO METAL FESTIVAL 2024 – starter denne uken

Inferno Metal Festival 2024 braker i gang 28. mars og byr på hele fire dager med metal på Rockefeller, John Dee og diverse klubber rundt i Oslo. For de som er ekstra sultne på konserter tjuvstartes det allerede på onsdag med hele åtte konserter på Salt og Vaterland. I tillegg til metal byr festivalen på film, tatovering, kunst, turer og en konferanse med delegater fra hele verden.
Vi ser frem til årets festival – en påsketradisjon som har holdt på siden 2001.
Blant annet spiller Dimmu Borgir, Kampfar, Taake, Candlemass, Gorgoroth, Borknagar, Crypta og Carpathian Forest på årets festival. Hele 60 band blir å spille i løpet av fire dager på Rockefeller, John Dee, Kniven, Goldie, Brewgata Vaterland og Vega Scene.

INFERNO METAL FESTIVAL
Ikoniske Inferno Metal Festival startet i 2001 – og er den lengst levende metal-festivalen i Norge – og en av de viktigste ekstremmetallfestivalene i verden. Vi er veldig stolte over å ha denne posisjonen og vi vil fortsette å fronte norsk metal og ta inn band fra hele verden til Norge. Inferno Metal Festival arrangeres fire dager på Rockefellers to scener; Rockefeller og John Dee – samt mange mindre klubber rundt i Oslo. Festivalen finner sted i påsken når det ikke skjer så mye annet i Oslo. Festivalen er vanligvis utsolgt og mer enn femti prosent av publikummet er fra utlandet. Billettsalget går til hele verden, inkludert Kina, Australia, Chile, Japan, Taiwan, Canada, USA, Columbia, Argentina og mange flere.

Below is information about times and location for ticket exchange and accreditation this week.
We encourage you to exchange your ticket into a wristband as early as possible.
The main stage at Rockefeller Music Hall will open at 16:00 but we will let people that have exchanged their ticket into a wristband into the John Dee venue from 15:00 on Thursday March 28th. Entering John Dee before the main doors open ensures you will be among the first to be able to access the main concert hall in good time before the first band goes on stage.
Club Concerts Wednesday March 28th.
If you have a 4 day festival ticket you can attend one of the club concerts at Salt or Vaterland for free Wednesday. Make sure you’ve exchanged your ticket into a festival wristband to enter. As the capacity is limited at these clubs, and they let in people on a first serve basis, make sure you arrive in good time.
Your 4 day ticket can be exchanged in lobby at our festival hotel, The Hub, from 16:00 to 22:00.
Club Concerts at Daytime Thursday-Sunday.
If you have a 4 day festival ticket you can attend club concerts at Kniven, Rock In, Vaterland, Brewgata and Goldie at daytime for free. Make sure you’ve exchanged your ticket into a festival wristband to enter. If you only have a single day ticket you can buy a ticket for the specific daytime club at the door. As the capacity is limited at these clubs, and they let in people on a first serve basis, make sure you arrive in good time.
4 Day Pass or Single Day Tickets for All 4 days
When you have tickets for all 4 days you can exchange them into a festival wristband covering all 4 days in the same manner as if you had a 4 day festival pass. The exchange can be done at the following places and times:
Wednesday March 27th:
16:00-22:00: The lobby at our festival hotel, The Hub
Thursday March 28th:
10:00-16:00: The lobby at our official festival hotel, The Hub.
15:00-24:00: The Anno entrance in Torggata at Rockefeller Music Hall.
If you arrive at a later date than “expected” you can of course exchange your 4 day pass the other days as well. See the single day ticket locations and times for further information about exchanging your pass at a later date.
Single Day Tickets
Single day tickets can only be exchanged into wristbands on the day the single day ticket is valid. If you have single day tickets for all remaining days we will try to give you a multi-day wristband as long as our supply lasts. The exchange times and locations the various days are:
Thursday March 28th:
15:00-24:00: The Anno entrance in Torggata at Rockefeller Music Hall.
Friday March 29th:
16:00-24:00: The Anno entrance in Torggata at Rockefeller Music Hall.
Saturday March 30th:
16:00-24:00: The Anno entrance in Torggata at Rockefeller Music Hall.
Sunday March 31st:
16:00-24:00: The Anno entrance in Torggata at Rockefeller Music Hall.
