ERADICATE – Demise Towards the Dasein

13 minutes of ominous and deeply unsettling death metal from the wrong side of the tracks is what this loathsome underground act from Istanbul offers, and let me tell you right here and now that this is some efficient shit that will smash your face in. Rooted in the old school and with an emphasis on crafting relatively straightforward tunes that slice like a goddamn hammer, these dudes keep it interesting throughout by varying the pace and letting the atmosphere slide back and forth between the grimy and horror-filled on the one side and the slow, gloomy, and funereal on the other. There are some truly morbid and memorable moments to be found in the well-written pieces titled ‘Involution Within the Void‘ and ‘Pseudic Liberty of the Mind‘ – please believe!

Jackhammer riffs, rotten vocals, and a foul stench of decay await you, which basically means that all you maniacal death metal freaks out there ought to make a note of this short little opus.
