METAL MACHINE – Free Nation

Current Raven Lord/ Exorcism vocalist Csaba Zvekan created Metal Machine to resurrect some old Killing Machine material he had in the vaults, as well as writing some fresh songs to round out the 9 song effort. Assembling studio musicians to round out the work for "Free Nation", a lot of the material has that "Painkiller" era Judas Priest meets Primal Fear feel to it, Csaba using his killer pipes to scream his off on "Nailed to the Cross" and "Lord of War".
A less than adequate drum machine and sub-par production values lessen the impact this material will have for most audiophiles or metal fans in general. We’ll see how this material fares with live musicians on the road – but for now "Free Nation" is several rungs below the best in this genre.
