Hail!Hornet has a couple of groovy moments, but ultimately shoots themselves in the leg with their display of predictability and likeness to hordes of other bands. Dirty produced, sludgy death/thrash bands are a dime a dozen, and Hail!Hornet doesn’t add much to the scene. I’ve heard and forgotten hundreds of bands like this before.
