SHIFT – Watch It Burn

Shift is an exciting chapter in the musical underground of Melbourne’s dark, gloomy streets. Having taken on the task of releasing 4 EP’s back to back, “Watch It Burn”, the sequel to 2010’s “Faceless”, marks the halfway mark for these Australian metal heads. The EP delivers six tracks which mixes together aspects of thrash, hardcore and progressive awesomeness, sure to satisfy most fans of fast, fluctuating metal. The tracks deals with themes of change/revolution, death and religion amongst other things. “Watch It Burn” is definitely well worth the money, especially considering that the band is offering it as a free download on their homepage!
