LYRAKA – Lyraka

Composer Andy DiGelsomina gathers a series of metal vocalists and musicians for this 6 song rock opera. Applying a Wagner-like approach to the album, songs like “Coronation” and the 12:24 “Errandia” have much in common with Rainbow, Dio-era Black Sabbath and others in that ilk. Graham Bonnet, Tommy Heart and Veronica Freeman provide the singing.

Mainly for those who miss the neo-classical sounds of the 70’s without the Yngwie excess.
