NHOPE – new EP out in October

Nhope is a modern metal band from Charleroi, Belgium, formed in 2022.
Driven by heavy riffs, a massive rhythm section and direct stage energy, the band develops a modern, dark and frontal sound. At the crossroads of modern metal, groove metal and more extreme influences, Nhope speaks to fans of intense, powerful and uncompromising music.
Influenced by Fit For An Autopsy, Gojira, Machine Head and Whitechapel, the band builds an identity that is brutal, melodic and sincere. With its EP The Path, released in 2023, followed by the singles Ocean, When B Means 8, Modern Mayhem and Heroes, Nhope asserts a universe marked by heaviness, tension and live energy.
The band announces their upcoming EP, “Fed by Failure”, available worldwide on October 23, 2026.With Fed by Failure, Nhope continues the path opened by its first EP while asserting a more precise, more thoughtful and more effective approach. With this second EP, the band enters a new chapter, delivering a heavier, darker and more uncompromising take on modern metal and groove metal. Across 5 tracks, Fed by Faillure explores different topics to talk about the real state of our society , combining massive grooves, death metal riffs and atmospheric sections.
This second EP marks an important evolution for the band. The tracks required a great deal of effort, distance and reflection so that each one could receive exactly what it needed. Some songs take on a more complex, denser and tenser construction, while others seek a more direct, clearer and more immediate form.
Without denying the heaviness and intensity of the first EP, Fed by Failure pushes Nhope toward a more controlled formula: massive riffs, a frontal rhythm section, dark atmospheres and the will to serve each song rather than follow a single recipe.
The EP remains rooted in the themes that run through the band’s universe: current events, social violence, urgency and the anxious climate in which we live. Each song develops its own idea, its own angle and its own tension.

This EP remains in continuity with the first one, but it is more refined. Nhope searches for a more effective formula without making the tracks uniform: some songs are deliberately more complex, others more direct and musically lighter.
The tracks draw inspiration from current events and from violence experienced daily, while keeping the idea of developing a strong theme for each title.
