ISVIDD – shares lyric video
- Posted on 27-10-2026
Stockholm-based atmospheric and melodic black metal project ISVIDD presents the lyric video for its released single “By the Other Side of Midnight.” Drawing on Swedish folklore, the track combines melodic black metal with symphonic arrangements and a dark, dreamlike atmosphere.
Written by Björn and recorded with guest musicians, the song explores the world of supernatural creatures and the boundary between folklore and everyday reality. Its inspiration includes an exhibition connecting creatures from Swedish folklore with contemporary environmental concerns.
The track forms part of ISVIDD’s completed debut album, Iron Nocturne, which is being introduced through individual singles ahead of its full release. The complete album will also include previously unreleased metal tracks and three ambient compositions.
