Beyond the Gates announce new names for 2026 edition

Beyond the Gates is proud to present five new additions to the 2026 line-up. The legendary festival will host the first ever Beherit show in Norway. The Finnish legends has inspired countless of bands and forged their own path within the black metal genre with pioneering albums such as «The Oath of Black Blood» and «Drawing Down the Moon». Joining them will be Swizz extreme metallers Bölzer, the rising doom stars, Castle Rat, Norwegian Dold Words Ens Navn and the Swedish stoner trio, Saturnalia Temple.

Previous names include Emperor, 1349, Arcturus and Misotheist, and returning Imha Tarikat and The Ruins of Beverast, Spectral Wound, Warning, Forteresse, Sulphur Aeon and Concrete Winds.
On July 29 – August 1, Beyond the Gates will be held for the 14th time and will showcase why the festival has grown into the international metal gathering it has become. Attracting visitors from 50 different countries around the world, the extreme metal festival has become a global phenomenon. The festival takes place the city center of Bergen, using several venues spread across town, including the legendary Grieghallen and USF Verftet. Festival passes are on sale now. Buy them here.
