LONG NIGHT – Sorrow Returns

Østen Bergøy and Tommy Olsson are well known artists from the gothic metal scene in Norway, and here they are teamed up with Stavangers infamous guitar hero, young and promising Arni Sørli. The music can be described as a mix between DAD and Danzig, with its haunting melodies and deep, hypnotizing vocals. The EP contains five songs and two remixed versions of the songs, all excellent stuff, and a nice break from all the black and death metal I usually pervert my ears with. A nice teaser to the bands first full length, to be released later this year. Well worth checking out, and perfect music for those long nights, when sorrow returns…
