VOICE OF REVENGE – Disintegration

German death metal here that’s fairly straight forward in its execution on the second album "Disintegration". Illegible logo, lyrical outlook based on death, gore, and violence, musically pretty up tempo and acidic gruff roars encapsulate Voice Of Revenge in a similar vein as Unleashed and Hypocrisy, with the occasional atmospheric nods to Edge of Sanity. The buzz saw guitar approach within the title cut as well as pounding double bass throughout "Overture of Nemesis" with the killer classic metal transitional measure are two of the band’s better efforts.
By the time the closing doomy riffs to "The Reckoning" trail away, you feel rejuvenated and ready for another go around. Nothing overtly original, but the brutal execution should win most death mavens over.
