HIGH ON FIRE is a band that has cemented their heroic status by steadily build up their own whiskey`n`weed smelling compulsive leads and scuzzy riffs. No surprise that seeing this band playing live is a special experience. The high power trio around Matt Pike is about to hit the European highways again in February 2013, to deliver the message of pure heaviness to you.
HIGH ON FIRE are touring in support of their recent album "De Vermis Mysteriis" (translation: "The Mysteries of the Worm,"), which was released in April 2012 and earned lots of overwhelming reviews. Produced by Converge guitarist Kurt Ballou at God City Studios with an extra fuck-you energy, the record marked the next devastating chapter in High On Fire’s gloriously unhinged metal saga.
