SCORNAGE – ReaFEARance

SCORNAGE – ReaFEARance

Pillaging the people since their 1998 foundation, Germany’s Scornage release their fourth album "ReaFEARance" and wish to make their thrash presence felt. Combining the precise tight riff principles of the Bay Area with the Mille-like vocal roar of their domestic roots, songs like "Frozen Throne" and the Death Angel-esque "Fury" ensure modicum amounts of neck strain and fist pump action from the audience.

Expect a raw snare punch, natural double bass, and guitar soloing that prefers to send shock waves to the system rather than be a fluid, melodic break that you’ll come away from humming. Occasional blast beats in "Coming Back" prove Scornage isn’t your run of the mill, new school band- they are willing to push their sound to the more extreme boundaries of the genre.

10 songs that provide natural gut busting aggressive release- however I didn’t come away feeling like I’d remember much even if I took in these tracks another 50 times.
