Proving they still have a lot left in their thrashy death tanks, Sweden’s The Crown return with a furious kick to the head for "Doomsday King". Only new recruit Jonas Stalhammar (God Macabre vocalist) rounds out the otherwise returning core lineup, and these 10 songs are lean, mean and in full out attack mode with nary a sight of intentional melody or commercial aspirations at hand. Songs like “Angel Of Death” and “Soul Slasher” should whip crowds into a sweaty ball of aggressive ooze.
