The Story

Thematically, the track explores universal themes of control, legacy, and the inescapable forces of destiny. “The song was always about sorcery,” Hunsaker explains. “While the lyrics can be read as a story of a toxic relationship, the music video will uncover its true meaning — a tale of ancient sorcery and power.” This epic narrative will be brought to life in the song’s official music video, a cinematic journey through ancient Egypt.

For the first time, Hunsaker is revealing the incredible story behind the project: it is a “Car EP,” with every core track recorded by Hunsaker in his Ford Freestyle during his work lunch breaks out of necessity as a new father, making it a uniquely intimate and resourceful project.
