NILE, BLOODBATH, HAIL OF BULLETS + + til Graspop

It gives us great pleasure to confirm the following bands for GMM2010: BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, NILE, THERION, SABATON, DORO, BLOODBATH, MUCKY PUP and HAIL OF BULLETS!
Girl power rules at the moment: right on the heels of Tarja Turunen we can now also confirm DORO for our jubilee edition! Needing no introduction, this legendary ex-Warlock vocalist has since built a successful solo career. A quarter of a century later, Doro is still one of the household names on the heavy music scene. Doro last GMM appearance dates back to 2003 so we know you'll be looking forward to her set!
The Swedes from SABATON received critical acclaim for their melodic power metal with releases as Primo Victoria and Attero Dominatus. The new full-length offering is scheduled for a spring 2010 release, so you're definitely in for some material at GMM2010. Rumour has it the lyrics will focus mainly on historical battles so there's plenty to look forward to in that department as well.
BLOODBATH, the Swedish death metal band around Opeth's Mikael Akerfeldt, is touring again. Bloodbath is a side project of guys who are often on the road with their respective bands Opeth and Katatonia so the band doesn't perform live all that often. That fact alone makes a Bloodbath a must-see.
